Cutilite Microemulsion Cream is used for managing moderate to severe melasma on the face, a skin condition resulting in dark, discoloured patches mainly on the face.

Cutilite Microemulsion Cream contains a combination of three active ingredients that work together to manage melasma:

• Hydroquinone (20 mg): This ingredient reduces melanin formation, which is responsible for skin colour and the dark patches seen in melasma. It does so by inhibiting tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in melanin synthesis.

• Tretinoin (0.25 mg): A derivative of vitamin A, tretinoin aids in promoting skin cell turnover and regulates cell growth. It helps shed pigmented skin cells and boosts collagen production for smoother, evenly-toned skin. Additionally, tretinoin enhances hydroquinone's penetration into the skin.

• Fluocinolone (0.1 mg): As a corticosteroid, fluocinolone reduces inflammation in the skin. It works by binding to specific receptors inside skin cells and suppressing the production of inflammatory chemicals.

• Store Cutilite Microemulsion Cream in a cool, dark place at room temperature.
