Triolite Cream 15Gm

Triolite Cream is used for the management of facial hyperpigmentation in adults with moderate to severe melasma.

Uses of Triolite Cream are:

• Melasma Treatment: Helps lighten dark discoloured facial patches and reduce skin redness and inflammation.

To use Triolite Cream 15gm effectively, follow these steps:

• Gently cleanse the affected area with a mild soap before application.
• Rinse the area with water and pat it dry.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the hyperpigmented areas, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Avoid applying near eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
• After application, remember to wash your hands thoroughly.
• Minimise sun exposure while using this cream. If you need to be outdoors, use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and wear protective clothing like wide-brimmed hats. For any specific advice regarding its use, consult your doctor.

Triolite Cream 15gm is a combination of three active ingredients:

• Fluocinolone (0.01%): This corticosteroid reduces inflammation and itching in the affected areas.
• Hydroquinone (2%): Known as a skin-lightening agent which works by reducing melanin synthesis, which in turn helps fade dark spots and even out skin tone.
• Tretinoin (0.025%): A type of retinoid that promotes skin cell turnover and renewal by exfoliating the skin, reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation and improving skin texture.

• Store Triolite Cream 15gm at room temperature.
• Keep it away from extreme heat, bright light, and moisture.
• Ensure the tube is tightly closed after each use.
• Keep it out of reach of children.

• As Triolite Cream 15gm is used to manage melasma, it's crucial for you to minimise your exposure to sunlight. Whenever you're outside, wear a wide-brimmed hat or use an umbrella for protection.
• Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 daily. This will help protect your skin from harmful UV rays that can worsen your condition.
