CONTIFLO T CAPSULE 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, telmisartan, losartan, enalapril): The blood pressure-lowering effects may be increased when taken with CONTIFLO T CAPSULE 10. Your doctor may monitor blood pressure and adjust treatment if necessary.
• Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate): Taking these medicines together may cause a serious and potentially dangerous fall in blood pressure. This combination is contraindicated. This combination is contraindicated. Your doctor will advise against using these medicines together.
• Alpha-blockers (e.g., alfuzosin, doxazosin): Taking multiple alpha-blockers together may increase the risk of excessive blood pressure reduction.
• Medicines used for erectile dysfunction (e.g., sildenafil, vardenafil): Concurrent use may increase the risk of side effects and is generally not recommended unless advised by your doctor.
• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir): These medicines may increase tadalafil levels and increase the risk of side effects.

Grapefruit and grapefruit juice: Grapefruit may increase tadalafil levels in the blood and increase the risk of side effects such as headache, flushing, and low blood pressure. Your doctor may advise avoiding grapefruit products during treatment.

CONTIFLO T CAPSULE 10 interacts with the following diseases:

• Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure): This medicine may further lower blood pressure, increasing the risk of dizziness, fainting, and falls. Your doctor may monitor blood pressure closely during treatment.
• Cardiovascular disease: Patients with unstable angina, recent heart attack, severe heart failure, or significant cardiovascular disease may be at increased risk of complications. Your doctor will evaluate whether this medicine is suitable for you.
• History of Priapism: Patients with a history of priapism or conditions predisposing to prolonged erections should use tadalafil cautiously. Immediate medical attention is required if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours.
• Eye Disorders (e.g., Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischaemic Optic Neuropathy): Rare visual disturbances have been reported with PDE5 inhibitors. Patients with a history of certain eye conditions should inform their doctor before treatment.

The daily dose of CONTIFLO T CAPSULE 10 should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and duration of treatment depend on symptom severity, medical history, and treatment response. Do not change the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

Taking more than the prescribed dose may increase the risk of severe dizziness, headache, flushing, low blood pressure, fainting, rapid heartbeat, and other severe side effects. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of CONTIFLO T CAPSULE 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
