CO2 Dry Syrup is used to treat susceptible bacterial infections in children. It contains cefixime and ofloxacin.
Cefixime damages the bacterial cell wall, while ofloxacin stops bacteria from multiplying. Together, they act against susceptible bacteria through different mechanisms.
Give your child the dose prescribed by your child's doctor using the measuring device provided. Complete the full course even if your child feels better.
Tell your child's doctor about any allergy to cephalosporin or fluoroquinolone antibiotics. Report a severe rash, persistent diarrhoea, or tendon pain or swelling in your child.
