BILKWIK M TABLET 10Bistanux M Tablet is used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, and itchy, watery eyes, and to help with allergic asthma symptoms. It provides long-lasting relief from allergic discomfort.

Primary Uses of BILKWIK M TABLET 10 are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy, watery eyes.
• Allergic Asthma Symptoms: Helps reduce chest tightness and wheezing triggered by allergens.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food.
• If you experience an upset stomach, taking the tablet with food may help.

BILKWIK M TABLET 10 is a combination medicine that includes two active ingredients:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This non-sedating antihistamine selectively binds to H1 histamine receptors in your body. Histamine is a natural chemical released during allergic reactions causing symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. By blocking histamine action, bilastine helps manage these allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): Belonging to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs), montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotrienes. These are inflammatory chemicals released during an asthma attack or allergic reaction, causing airways to narrow and swell up, leading to difficulty breathing, chest tightness, and wheezing. Montelukast helps keep the airways open by blocking leukotriene receptors and preventing airway inflammation.

• Keep BILKWIK M TABLET 10 in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store the medicine at a comfortable room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
