Bifosa 70 Mg Tablet 4 is used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in women after the menopause and in men, including bone loss caused by long-term steroid use, and to treat Paget's disease of bone, helping to strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures.

Uses of Alendros 70 Tablet are:

• Osteoporosis: Treats and helps prevent weak, fragile bones.
• Steroid-Related Bone Loss: Helps manage bone loss caused by long-term steroid use.
• Paget's Disease: Used to treat this bone condition.

Follow these instructions while taking Bifosa 70 Mg Tablet 4:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water.

• Take it first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before any food or drink.

• Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.

• Do not crush, chew, or suck on the tablet.

• Consult your doctor if you have trouble swallowing this medicine.
