Aricep M Forte Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer's dementia

• Improvement of mental function in Alzheimer's disease

• Improvement of attention in dementia

• Enhancing language skills in dementia patients

• Assisting with daily tasks in Alzheimer's disease

• Slowing the progression of Alzheimer's disease

• Restoration of brain chemical balance in dementia

• Management of cognitive decline in Alzheimer's disease

Follow these instructions while taking Aricep M Forte Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• You may take it with or without food.

• Do not crush, divide or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking the medicine regularly for the best results.

• Never stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Aricep M Forte Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Aricep M Forte Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Donepezil (5 mg): This component works as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine, an important chemical messenger in the brain that helps with memory and thinking, thereby increasing its levels and improving communication between nerve cells.

• Memantine (10 mg): This acts as an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist. It regulates the activity of glutamate, a brain chemical involved in learning and memory, by blocking the effects of excess glutamate that can damage nerve cells.

• Store Aricep M Forte Tablet 10 at room temperature (below30°C).

• Keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.
