Directions for Use of Alzil M 10 Tablet 10

Follow these instructions while taking Alzil-M 10 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
You may take this medicine with or without food.
Take it in the evening as recommended by your doctor.
Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.
Continue taking this medicine regularly for it to work effectively.
Consult your doctor if you have questions about using this medicine.

Oral

Alzil-M 10 Tablet may cause the following common side effects:

Nausea
Diarrhoea
Dizziness
Headache
Insomnia
Anorexia: This refers to a loss of appetite or a reduced desire to eat food.
Abnormal dreams: These are unusual or disturbing dreams that may occur while sleeping.
Agitation: This is a state of feeling restless, anxious, or excited, often with excessive movements.
Tremor: This refers to involuntary shaking movements in one or more parts of the body.
Confusion: This is a state where you might have difficulty thinking clearly or understanding what's happening around you.

Managing the Side Effects:

Alzil-M 10 Tablet contains two active ingredients:
