Follow these instructions while taking Alzil-M 10 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
You may take this medicine with or without food.
Take it in the evening as recommended by your doctor.
Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.
Continue taking this medicine regularly for it to work effectively.

Oral

Alzil-M 10 Tablet may cause some side effects that are usually mild and go away as your body adjusts to the medicine.

A few common side effects of Alzil-M 10 Tablet:

Digestive: Feeling sick (nausea), loose motions (diarrhoea) and reduced appetite. Taking small sips of water and eating plain, simple food can help ease nausea.
Neurological: Dizziness, headache and tremor (involuntary shaking). Rising slowly from sitting or lying down can help reduce dizziness.
Mood: Agitation and confusion.
General: Difficulty sleeping (insomnia) and unusual or disturbing dreams.
