CompositionArbitel H Tablet 15 is used to manage high blood pressure and to reduce fluid build-up (oedema), helping to lower the strain on the heart and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. It is a combination medicine containing telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, and a diuretic that helps the body remove excess fluid and salt. The diuretic is hydrochlorothiazide.

Before starting, tell your doctor about any kidney or liver disease or diabetes, and about all other medicines you take. Report marked dizziness, signs of dehydration or unusually low blood pressure. If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, tell your doctor.
