• Antidiabetic medicines such as insulin or sulfonylureas (glimepiride, gliclazide): Concurrent use may increase the risk of low blood sugar levels and may require dose adjustment and regular blood glucose monitoring.
• Oral medicines requiring rapid absorption: Dulaglutide slows gastric emptying, which may delay the absorption and onset of action of certain oral medicines.
• Warfarin and other anticoagulants: Changes in food intake and delayed gastric emptying may affect anticoagulant therapy. Monitoring of clotting parameters may be required.
• Other GLP-1 receptor agonists, such as semaglutide or liraglutide: Concurrent use is generally not recommended as it may increase the risk of side effects without providing additional benefit.

Overdose of Aplevant 0.75mg Pre Filled Pen Pack Of 2 Injections may lead to severe nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, and low blood sugar levels when used with other antidiabetic medicines. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Aplevant 0.75mg Pre Filled Pen Pack Of 2 Injections, administer it as soon as possible if at least 3 days remain before the next scheduled dose. If less than 3 days remain, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular schedule. Do not administer two doses close together.
