About Amlodac M 25 Tablet 15

Amlodac M 25 Tablet 15is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic stable angina. By ensuring the heart beats more steadily and the blood vessels remain relaxed, it reduces the heart's workload and prevents sudden spikes in blood pressure that could lead to a heart attack or stroke.
This medication contains Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, and Metoprolol, a beta-blocker. Amlodipine relaxes the smooth muscles of the blood vessels so blood flows more easily. Metoprolol slows down the heart rate and reduces the force with which the heart pumps. Together, they provide a "double-shield" of protection for the cardiovascular system.
Take this tablet once daily at the same time as prescribed. Do not stop taking it suddenly, as this can cause a dangerous "rebound" increase in blood pressure or chest pain.
