Amicline Tablet 10

AMICLINE TABLET 10 is used to:

• Manage intestinal amoebiasis
• Help eliminate amoebic cysts in asymptomatic carriers
• Manage chronic intestinal amoebic infections
• Support treatment of amoebic infections along with other antiamoebic medicines when prescribed
• Help reduce the recurrence of intestinal amoebic infection

Follow these instructions while taking AMICLINE TABLET 10:

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Take the medicine after food to help reduce stomach discomfort.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised by your doctor.
• Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve earlier.

AMICLINE TABLET 10 is administered orally.

AMICLINE TABLET 10 contains the following active ingredient:

• Diloxanide (500 mg): This works by acting directly on amoebic parasites present in the intestine. It helps eliminate amoebic cysts and reduces the survival of parasites within the intestinal tract, thereby helping clear intestinal infection and preventing recurrence.

• Store AMICLINE TABLET 10 below 25°C.
• Protect the medicine from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep the tablets in the original packaging until use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use the medicine after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Maintain proper hygiene and wash your hands before eating and after using the toilet.
• Drink clean and safe water to reduce the risk of reinfection.
• Avoid contaminated food or unhygienic street food during treatment.
• Eat light and easily digestible meals if you experience stomach discomfort.
