Actorise 100 Injection 0.5ml is used in adults for the management of anaemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and anaemia caused by chemotherapy in certain cancer patients. It belongs to the class of medicines called erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs).
It helps to reduce the need for blood transfusions in patients with anaemia by stimulating the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. This medicine is not suitable for immediate correction of severe anaemia and must be used under close medical supervision.
Before starting this injection, it is necessary to consult your doctor. The dosage and frequency will be decided based on your haemoglobin levels, kidney function, and overall health. If you experience any unusual symptoms or suspected side effects during therapy, seek medical advice immediately.
