• Abaka Gel 10gm is used to treat pimples, blackheads, and bacterial infections and excess sebum production on the skin.

Abaka Gel 10gmcontains two active ingredients that work together to manage acne:

• Clindamycin (1%): This antibiotic binds to certain parts of bacteria - specifically, the 50S ribosomal subunit - preventing them from making the proteins they need to survive. This action is particularly effective against a type of bacteria called Propionibacterium acnes, commonly found in oily areas of our skin and involved in the development of acne.
• Nicotinamide (4%): This form of vitamin B3 acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and helps reduce the amount of sebum (oily substance) that your face produces. Additionally, it increases the production of certain protective substances in skin cells that help improve hydration and reinforce your skin's barrier function. These combined actions make nicotinamide beneficial for managing acne.
