• Ofloxacin (0.75%): As a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, ofloxacin inhibits essential bacterial enzymes DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV blocking DNA replication and transcription in bacteria and preventing their growth.
• Ornidazole (2%): This nitroimidazole antibiotic enters bacterial cells where it gets broken down into toxic substances that damage bacterial DNA and other vital components, leading to cell death.
• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent corticosteroid has anti-inflammatory properties. It works by reducing inflammatory cells and limiting the release of substances that cause inflammation, thereby managing redness, swelling, and itching on the skin.
