• Silica: Silica is a gentle polishing agent commonly used in toothpaste to help remove surface stains, plaque and food particles without damaging tooth enamel. It supports cleaner, smoother teeth and enhances their natural brightness. It helps maintain oral hygiene while supporting a polished, whiter-looking smile and fresh mouthfeel.
   
• Stannous Fluoride: Stannous Fluoride is an active ingredient that helps strengthen tooth enamel, protect against cavities and reduce tooth sensitivity. It also has antibacterial properties that help reduce plaque buildup, support healthy gums and minimise the risk of gingivitis.

• Apply at least an inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft-bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by the dentist.
