Rebalanz Ors Powder is used for replenishing the electrolyte level. It supports rehydration and helps manage dehydration resulting from diarrhoea, vomiting, or heat exhaustion. It combines essential electrolytes, sodium, potassium, and citrate, with dextrose to enhance water absorption and restore mineral balance in the body. The formula helps ease muscle cramps and fatigue by replenishing lost salts and fluids. This sachet offers a convenient, refreshing way to maintain hydration, especially in hot, humid conditions or during physical exertion. 

• Dextrose (13.5 g): Dextrose supplies the body with a readily absorbable form of glucose. It supports energy production by fueling metabolic processes during periods of fluid loss. It also enhances the absorption of sodium and water in the intestine, helping the body regain hydration effectively.
   
• Potassium Chloride (1.5 g): Potassium chloride restores the body’s potassium levels that may drop due to vomiting or diarrhoea. It supports muscle function by maintaining the electrical balance across muscle membranes. It also helps stabilise the heartbeat and nerve signals under conditions of dehydration.
   
• Sodium Chloride (2.6 g): Sodium chloride replenishes the essential sodium lost through sweating, vomiting, or diarrhoea. It supports fluid retention by maintaining the balance of fluids in and around cells. It also helps maintain normal blood pressure and nerve function.
   
• Sodium Citrate (2.9 g): Sodium citrate regulates acid-base balance in the bloodstream by acting as a systemic alkalinising agent. It helps improve the pH of body fluids and supports oxygen transport efficiency. It also contributes to overall electrolyte stability by buffering excess acid levels.

• Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the recommended amount of clean drinking water (as mentioned on the label).
• Stir well until completely dissolved. 
• Dosage depends on the severity of dehydration and age. 
• For infants and children, 1-2 litres (5-10) glasses and for adults, 2-4 litres (10-20) glasses over 24 hours. 

• Use with caution in case of impaired kidney function or intestinal obstruction. 
• Discard unused solution after 24 hours
