Kz Plus Medicated Soap is used for managing fungal skin infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and jock itch. It contains Ketoconazole 2%, an antifungal agent that inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, increasing their permeability and leading to fungal cell death. It is also effective in controlling dandruff, pityriasis versicolor and can be used alongside other medications for fungal-exacerbated skin conditions like diaper rash, eczema, impetigo, and psoriasis.
