• Aminoglycosides (gentamicin and tobramycin): Co-administration with aminoglycosides may increase the risk of hypocalcemia (low calcium levels) and hypomagnesemia (low magnesium levels). Zoldaro does not alter the efficacy of aminoglycosides directly, but the combined effect can enhance the likelihood of electrolyte imbalances, requiring careful monitoring.
• Loop diuretics (furosemide and bumetanide):  When used together, the risk of hypocalcemia is heightened as both medicines can lower calcium levels. Zoldaro's efficacy in managing bone conditions remains unchanged, but monitoring calcium and kidney function is essential to avoid complications.
• Nephrotoxic medicines (cisplatin and methotrexate): Concurrent use may increase the risk of kidney damage, as both Zoldaro and nephrotoxic agents strain kidney function. While Zoldaro's efficacy in treating bone-related disorders remains unaffected, close monitoring of kidney function is crucial to prevent toxicity.

Zoltero Injection 1 can interact with conditions/diseases, including

• Hypocalcaemia (low calcium levels): This injection should be used with caution as it can increase complications.
• Kidney disease: This injection may worsen the condition further.
