Zenoxa OD 450 Tablet is a medicine used to manage partial seizures in adults and children over six years old. It helps prevent partial seizures from spreading and becoming generalised tonic-clonic seizures, reducing seizure frequency and severity.
It contains oxcarbazepine, an anticonvulsant medicine. Take it with or without food as prescribed, swallowing the tablet whole with water. Continue taking it regularly as advised, as stopping anti-seizure treatment suddenly can cause seizures to return.
Establishing a consistent sleep schedule and avoiding fatigue are key lifestyle measures for people living with epilepsy. Managing stress and avoiding excessive alcohol also help support overall seizure control.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney problems, liver disease, or sodium level imbalances. Inform your doctor immediately if you develop a skin rash, unusual fatigue, confusion, or severe dizziness.
