Vominil Solution 30ml is used for managing the following conditions:

• Nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy or radiotherapy
• Prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting
• Short-term management of nausea and vomiting associated with acute gastroenteritis

Use Vominil Solution 30ml in the following way:

• Administer the solution orally using a measuring cup or dropper as advised by the doctor.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Give the exact dose prescribed based on the child’s weight and age.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Follow the prescribed dosing schedule as directed by the doctor.

Vominil Solution 30ml contains ondansetron (2 mg), which works in the following ways:

• It is a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist that acts by blocking specific serotonin receptors in the gut and brain. This prevents the signals that trigger nausea and vomiting. It is very useful in controlling nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and surgery. 
• By blocking serotonin activity in the brain, ondansetron helps reduce the feeling of being sick and the urge to vomit, which is especially important for patients undergoing chemotherapy or recovering from surgery.
