CompositionUdiwok-300 Tablet is used primarily to manage specific liver and gallbladder conditions. Containing ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), it works by reducing harmful bile acids and supporting liver function. It is used to aid in the dissolution of cholesterol gallstones and for managing primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), an autoimmune liver disease.
Udiwok-300 Tablet is used for dissolving cholesterol gallstones in patients with a functioning gallbladder who cannot undergo surgery. It is also used for managing primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a condition causing inflammation and damage to the bile ducts. Additionally, it helps manage liver disease in children aged 6 years and above who have cystic fibrosis.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Take this medicine after your meals as it enhances absorption.
It's vital to never exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Liver Cell Protection: The medicine protects liver cells from the harmful effects of hydrophobic bile acids.
Anti-inflammatory Effects: Lastly, Ursodeoxycholic acid has immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties that help protect the liver and bile ducts from inflammation and damage.
Udiwok-300 Tablet is contraindicated during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or planning to conceive, make sure to discuss this with your doctor before starting this medicine.
It's advisable to consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are breastfeeding.
There is no known interaction with alcohol and Udiwok-300 Tablet. However, it's recommended to discuss your alcohol consumption with your doctor for a better understanding of how it could interact with this medicine.
