Triolmesar CH 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults, particularly when treatment with two medicines is not providing adequate control. It helps reduce the risk of stroke, heart attack and other cardiovascular complications.
It combines amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, chlorthalidone, a diuretic, and olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), which together relax blood vessels and remove excess fluid from the body. Take the tablet as prescribed, with or without food. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms.
Reducing salt intake, maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol and staying physically active support blood pressure control alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, gout, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, before starting. Report swelling in your ankles or feet, muscle cramps or an irregular heartbeat (which may suggest low potassium), or significant dizziness, to your doctor.
