CompositionTriolmesar 20 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults when treatment with one or two medicines is not enough. Controlling blood pressure helps lower the risk of serious complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
It contains olmesartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide, three blood pressure medicines that work in different ways. It can be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time each day as prescribed and continue regularly even if you feel well.
Lifestyle changes support blood pressure control alongside this medicine. These include cutting down on salt, eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, staying active, keeping to a healthy weight, and limiting alcohol.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, diabetes, gout, or low blood pressure. Because it contains a diuretic, your doctor may check your kidney function and electrolytes (such as potassium and sodium). It is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
