Triolmesar 20 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing high blood pressure in adults where individual components do not provide adequate control

• Lowering the risk of serious health problems such as heart attacks and strokes

• Reducing peripheral vascular resistance through arterial vasodilation

• Decreasing extracellular fluid and plasma volumes by increasing excretion of water and electrolytes

• Providing relief from hypertension by blocking the effects of a potent vasoconstrictor, thereby causing vasodilation

Here's how you should take Triolmesar 20 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew or break the tablet.

• It is advised to take this medicine around the same time every day.

• Never stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Triolmesar 20 Tablet is taken orally.

Triolmesar 20 Tablet contains three active ingredients which work together to manage high blood pressure:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This is a calcium channel blocker that prevents calcium from entering the muscle cells of your heart and arteries. The reduction of calcium leads to relaxation and widening of the blood vessels, which ultimately decreases peripheral vascular resistance.
