Travo Z Eye Drops are used to lower elevated pressure inside the eye in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
They belong to a group of medicines called prostaglandin F2-alpha analogues, which reduce eye pressure by improving the drainage of fluid from the eye. This is a preservative-free formulation, making it suitable for people with sensitive eyes. Use the drops exactly as directed by your doctor.
Wash your hands before applying the drops, and avoid touching the tip of the bottle to your eye or any other surface to reduce the risk of contamination.
This medicine may be used as an alternative when other first-line treatments have not adequately controlled eye pressure, or for long-term management of glaucoma. Tell your doctor if you notice darkening of your iris colour, changes in your eyelashes, or darkening of the skin around your eyes, as these changes can occur with this medicine.
