CompositionTofashine 5 mg Tablet is used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It reduces inflammation by blocking immune signals that cause joint pain, swelling, and tissue damage. This medicine improves mobility, reduces stiffness, and prevents disease progression. Regular use helps restore daily activity, joint function, and quality of life in people with chronic autoimmune conditions.
Tofashine 5mg Tablet is used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis, and ankylosing spondylitis in adults who do not respond adequately to conventional therapies. It is also prescribed for juvenile idiopathic arthritis and juvenile psoriatic arthritis in children aged two years and above by suppressing abnormal immune activity and reducing inflammation.
You can take this medicine with or without food.

Specific Inhibition of JAKs: Tofacitinib specifically inhibits JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and, to a lesser extent TyK2. This results in reduced production of pro-inflammatory chemicals known as cytokines, hence decreasing inflammation throughout the body.
Caution is advised while taking Tofashine 5 mg Tablet if you are pregnant. It's best to consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
