Tofe-5 Tablet is used to manage rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis by reducing inflammation and controlling the overactive immune response that causes joint and tissue damage. It helps ease symptoms and may slow the progression of joint damage.
It contains tofacitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. Take it as prescribed, with or without food. It is usually started and monitored by a specialist, and regular blood tests to check your blood count, liver enzymes, and kidney function are required.
