CompositionTelmijub Beta 25 Tablet 10 is used to manage high blood pressure and related heart conditions in adults, easing the strain on the heart and helping reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke, including in higher-risk people who cannot take ACE inhibitors.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes the blood vessels, and metoprolol, a beta-blocker that slows the heart rate and reduces its workload.
Take it at the same time each day, and do not stop it suddenly, as this can cause a rebound rise in heart rate or blood pressure.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any asthma, a very slow heart rate or diabetes before use, as it can mask the warning signs of low blood sugar. Report a very slow pulse or breathlessness.
