Telmijub 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and lower the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications in high-risk adults. It also helps protect kidney function in diabetic patients. It contains telmisartan. Take it as prescribed with or without food, at the same time each day for steady control. It is vital to continue taking this medicine even if you feel completely well, as hypertension often presents no warning signs. Do not stop treatment suddenly. Reducing salt in your diet, engaging in physical exercise, maintaining a healthy body weight, and avoiding smoking and excess alcohol support better blood pressure management. Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney issues, low blood pressure, or are taking other medicines or potassium supplements. This medicine is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Regular monitoring of kidney function and potassium levels is recommended.

Telmijub 40 Tablet is used in the long-term treatment of high blood pressure and for the prevention of cardiovascular and kidney complications in adults. Uses of Telmijub 40 Tablet are:

High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control elevated blood pressure in adults.
Cardiovascular Protection: Lowers the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke.
Kidney Protection: Helps protect kidney health in patients with high blood pressure and diabetes.

Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
Aim to take the medicine at the same time each day for optimal blood pressure control.
