Soval Chrono 500 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Managing various types of epileptic seizures, including absence seizures, complex partial seizures, and generalised tonic-clonic seizures.
• Managing manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder.
• Preventing migraine headaches.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Take this medicine as directed by your doctor.
• Abruptly stopping this medicine can worsen your condition. Always consult your doctor before making any changes to how you take this medication.

Soval Chrono 500 Tablet 10 contains sodium valproate/valproic acid (500 mg), which works on your body as follows:
