CompositionPONOL 10 TABLET 10 is used to manage high blood pressure, angina (chest pain) and irregular heart rhythms. It is also used to prevent migraines, to ease tremor, to support recovery after a heart attack, and to manage certain heart muscle conditions. By slowing the heart rate, it helps the heart work more efficiently.
It contains propranolol, which belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers. Take the tablet as prescribed, with or without food. Do not stop it suddenly, as this can cause a sharp rise in heart rate or blood pressure.

Tell your doctor about any asthma, diabetes or heart block before starting, and about other medicines you take. Report a very slow pulse, marked breathlessness, dizziness or cold hands and feet.
