Tremnil-2 Tablet is a medicine used to manage symptoms of Parkinson's disease, such as tremors, muscle stiffness, and difficulty with movement. It also helps control involuntary movement disorders (dyskinesia) caused by certain psychiatric medicines.
It contains trihexyphenidyl (an anticholinergic agent) that helps restore the balance of chemical messengers in the brain. Take it with or after food as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms may worsen.
Maintaining adequate fluid intake and eating a fiber-rich diet can help prevent common anticholinergic effects like dry mouth and constipation. Take care when standing up slowly to avoid lightheadedness.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, prostate enlargement, urinary retention, heart disease, or liver problems. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience severe confusion, hallucinations, or difficulty passing urine.
