Neurofit Forte Tablet is used for myoclonus and to support memory and thinking in adults with age-related decline, dementia or after a head injury, as advised by a doctor.

Uses of Neurofit Forte Tablet are:

• Myoclonus: Helps control sudden, involuntary muscle jerks.
• Memory and Cognition: Supports memory and thinking in age-related decline and dementia.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
