Sobisis Forte Tablet is used for the following:

• Providing relief from heartburn and acid indigestion

• Managing symptoms of a sour stomach and upset stomach

• Reducing discomfort related to excess stomach acidity

• Correcting metabolic alkalosis in certain cases

To use Sobisis Forte Tablet correctly, follow these steps:

• Dissolve the prescribed amount of tablets fully in a glass of water.

• Ensure the tablets are completely dissolved by stirring.

• Drink the entire mixture immediately after preparation.

• Avoid taking this medicine when your stomach is full from food or drink.

Sobisis Forte Tablet contains Sodium Bicarbonate (1000 mg) which works on the body in the following ways:

• Neutralising Agent: Sodium bicarbonate acts as a neutralising agent when it comes in contact with hydrochloric acid in your stomach. This means it helps balance out the acid, reducing its intensity.

• Reduces Concentration of Hydrogen Ions: As sodium bicarbonate reacts with the stomach acid, it forms water and carbon dioxide. This process reduces the concentration of hydrogen ions, thus increasing the pH of the stomach contents. By doing so, it helps to decrease excess acidity providing relief from heartburn and indigestion.

• Store Sobisis Forte Tablet at a temperature between 15-30°C.
