Sibelium 5 mg Tablet is used to prevent migraine attacks and to treat vertigo and balance problems caused by inner ear or circulation-related conditions.
It contains flunarizine, a calcium channel blocker that helps stabilise nerve activity and blood flow, reducing the frequency and severity of migraine and vertigo episodes. Take the tablet as prescribed, usually in the evening, with or without food.
Keeping a diary of migraine triggers, such as certain foods, stress or lack of sleep, can help you and your doctor manage the condition more effectively. Staying well hydrated and maintaining a regular sleep pattern may also help reduce episodes.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of depression, Parkinson's disease, or other movement disorders. Inform your doctor about any mood changes, fatigue or unusual sleepiness during treatment, as your dose may need to be reviewed.
