• Thyroid Hormones: Sevelamer carbonate can decrease the absorption of levothyroxine, a thyroid hormone. This could lead to reduced effectiveness of your thyroid medication.

• Immunosuppressants: Sevelamer carbonate can decrease the absorption of immunosuppressants like cyclosporine and mycophenolate. This could reduce their effectiveness in managing autoimmune conditions.

Sevelam-400 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Hypophosphatemia: People with low blood phosphate levels should avoid taking Sevelam-400 Tablet as it can further lower their phosphate levels.

• Bowel Obstruction: Patients with a bowel obstruction should not take Sevelam-400 Tablet as it could worsen their condition.
