Rzole DSR Capsule is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux and peptic ulcers by controlling the production of stomach acid. It helps relieve heartburn, chest discomfort and the sour taste in the mouth caused by acid backflow, and supports healing of erosive oesophagitis.
It contains rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces acid secretion, and domperidone, which improves stomach and intestinal movement. Take the capsule on an empty stomach, about thirty minutes before breakfast, as prescribed. Continue taking it to prevent long-term complications of untreated reflux.
Eating smaller, more frequent meals, avoiding spicy, fatty or acidic foods, not lying down immediately after eating, and limiting tea, coffee and alcohol can help manage chronic acidity alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have used acid-reducing medicines for a long period, or have a history of bone fractures or low magnesium levels, as long-term use needs monitoring. Report an irregular heartbeat or unusual muscle movements immediately. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
