It contains roxithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic. Take it as prescribed, before meals, and complete the full course of treatment, even if your symptoms improve early, to help clear the infection and help prevent antibiotic resistance.
Drinking plenty of fluids and getting adequate rest can support your recovery while on antibiotic treatment. Avoid skipping doses, as taking the medicine at regular intervals helps maintain steady levels in the body to fight the infection effectively.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver problems, a history of irregular heartbeat, or are taking other medicines, including certain heart or migraine medicines. Contact your doctor if you notice a skin rash, persistent diarrhoea, or signs of an allergic reaction. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
