Rosycap Asp 10/75 Capsule is used to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in people with cardiovascular disease by lowering cholesterol and helping prevent blood clots.

• Aspirin (75 mg): Aspirin works by permanently blocking platelet cyclooxygenase enzymes in the body, which decreases the production of thromboxane A2. Thromboxane A2 is a substance that promotes platelets in the blood to clump together and form blood clots. By reducing its production, aspirin helps prevent blood clot formation, thus reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
