Propyzole NF Cream is used for management of tinea corporis, commonly known as ringworm, and management of tinea cruris, often referred to as jock itch.

Uses of Propyzole NF Cream 15gm are:

• Ringworm: Treats tinea corporis (ringworm) and its associated itching and redness.
• Jock Itch and Athlete's Foot: Manages tinea cruris and tinea pedis.
• Candidiasis: Helps treat candidiasis, a yeast infection of the skin.

Propyzole Nf Cream is applied as follows:

• Ensure the affected area on your skin is clean and dry before application.

• Apply the cream gently to your skin, covering the infected area completely.

• Rub the cream into your skin until it's fully absorbed.

• Wash your hands after applying the cream to avoid spreading infection.

Propyzole Nf Cream is applied topically.

Propyzole Nf Cream contains two active components:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent corticosteroid has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It manages inflammation, itching, and redness by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators and reducing the infiltration of inflammatory cells into the affected skin.

• Clotrimazole (1%): This antifungal agent falls under the azole class. It manages the fungal infection by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a crucial component of the fungal cell membrane. This disruption leads to the death of the fungal cells, resolving the infection.

• Store Propyzole Nf Cream at room temperature, ideally between 20-25°C.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight and damp areas, like the bathroom.

• Make sure the cream is not exposed to air for prolonged periods; seal tightly after use.

• Always keep out of reach of children.
