Pantodice DSR Capsule is used to treat conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and gastritis. It combines pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, a prokinetic that enhances gastric motility. This combination effectively alleviates symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, and abdominal discomfort. Always use under medical supervision.

Here's how you should consume Pantodice DSR Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the capsule.
• Take it about 30 to 60 minutes before your meal.
• Remember not to stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.
• Do not open or break the capsule.
• Keep it stored properly in a cool and dry place.

Pantodice DSR Capsule is taken orally.

Pantodice DSR Capsule consists of two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This ingredient increases the movement of food through your stomach and intestines by blocking certain receptors called dopamine receptors in your gut. Doing so reduces feelings of nausea, bloating and fullness. Additionally, it suppresses nausea and vomiting by acting on a specific area in your brain known as the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ).
• Pantoprazole (40 mg): As a proton pump inhibitor, pantoprazole decreases the production of stomach acid by blocking a specific enzyme in your stomach called the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme (also known as the proton pump). Lowering acid levels aids in healing damage from ulcers and acid reflux, alleviating symptoms of heartburn and preventing additional damage to your oesophagus.

• Store Pantodice DSR Capsule at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.
• Keep it in a tightly closed container to protect from moisture and light.
