Luliconaz Cream 30Gm

The uses of Luliconaz Cream are as follows:-

• Athlete's foot (Tinea pedis): It is effective in treating fungal infections on the feet and between the toes, commonly known as athlete's foot.
• Jock itch (Tinea cruris): This is used to treat fungal infections in the groin or buttocks, known as jock itch.
• Ringworm (Tinea corporis): It helps to reduce fungal skin infections causing red, scaly rashes on various body parts, known as ringworm.
• Topical antifungal agent: It serves as a topical antifungal agent, effectively combating fungal infections on the skin.

• Take a small amount of cream and gently rub it on the affected area.
• Avoid contact with cream with eyes, nose, ears, etc. Wash with water if the cream accidentally gets to these areas.
• Wash your hand thoroughly after applying the cream.

Luliconaz Cream is applied topically.

Luliconaz Cream contains the following component:

Luliconazole (1.0 % w/w) - The exact mechanism of action for luliconazole's anti-fungal activity is still not known, but Luliconazole is thought to inhibit the enzyme lanosterol demethylase. Lanosterol demethylase is needed for the synthesis of ergosterol, which is a major component of the fungus cell membranes.

• Store medication in its original container, at room temperature, and avoid bathroom storage. 
• Keep it away from children. 
• Dispose of unused medicine safely through take-back programs or consult your pharmacist for guidance. 
• Keep all medications at a secure storage.

• In communal swimming pools, gyms, or water parks, etc., do not walk barefoot as there is an increased risk of fungal infection.
• Flavonoid-rich foods like tofu, berries, vegetables, plums, and green tea can help reduce inflammation.
• Eat foods which are rich in antioxidants, like spinach, berries, beans, etc. 
• Do not scratch the site of the skin infection, as it may spread the disease from your nails and fingertips to other parts of your body.
• If the infection symptoms persist without significant improvement after more than a week or two, consult your dermatologist.
• Always use clean socks and maintain feet hygiene to prevent athlete's foot.
