Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule may interact with medications, including:

• Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (intranasal): This capsule may reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine if taken within two weeks before or 48 hours after vaccine administration.

There are no significant food interactions with Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule. It can be taken with or without food.

Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule may interact with conditions including:

• Serious skin/hypersensitivity reactions such as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis and erythema multiforme: Discontinue this capsule and initiate appropriate treatment if allergic-like reactions occur.  
• Neuropsychiatric conditions: Patients with influenza, including those taking this capsule, may be at an increased risk of confusion or abnormal behaviour early in their illness. 

Take the daily dose of Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule as your doctor prescribed. The dose may vary depending on factors like the severity of the condition and your response to treatment. It's essential to follow this dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

Taking more than the recommended dose of Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule may lead to symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. If an overdose occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

If you forget to take a dose of Oseltaflu 75mg Capsule, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time.
