Orinase Paediatric Nasal Spray 10ml is used for relieving nasal congestion in children between 1 and 11 years of age. It contains Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, which works by reducing swelling in the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe. The spray is effective for managing nasal congestion caused by the common cold, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. For optimal results, follow your doctor’s instructions and use the spray as recommended. Do not exceed the recommended usage period to avoid potential side effects.

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.05%): Xylometazoline Hydrochloride helps relieve nasal congestion by reducing the swelling in the blood vessels within the nasal passages.
