It also helps reduce irritation and dryness. This solution helps provide long-lasting effects for up to 10-12 hours.

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: Xylometazoline is a sympathomimetic nasal decongestant that works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, leading to reduced swelling and congestion.
