• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride is the active ingredient in Sane-P Nasal Spray/Drops. It belongs to the group of nasal decongestants, which act by narrowing the blood vessels in the nose. It can help reduce swelling and congestion, which may lead to easier breathing. It is particularly helpful for children when they experience nasal blockage due to cold or allergies. It may assist in improving airflow through the nose and reducing stuffiness.

• As a spray, for children 2-6 years of age, 1 application from the nebuliser spray into each nostril, 1-2 times a day. Clean the child's nose with a tissue or help him to blow his nose. Make him tilt his head forward slightly and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Squeeze the bottle once and let him inhale. Remove the nozzle before releasing the pressure on the bottle. Repeat for the other nostril. 
• As a drop, for children 2-6 years of age, 1 or 2 drops of the solution into each nostril, once or twice daily or as directed by the physician. Clean the child's nose with a tissue or help him to blow his nose. Make him lie down and tilt his head back as far as comfortable. Apply the drops into each nostril and keep the head tilted for some time to allow the drops to spread throughout the nose.

• Not for eyes and injection.
• Close the bottle tightly after use.
• Do not use it if the seal is broken.
• Use under medical supervision.
• Replace the cap tightly after use.
• Keep the nozzle clean and covered after each use to maintain hygiene. 
• Do not share the spray bottle with another person, as this can transfer infections from one individual to another.
• In case of persistent nasal congestion, dryness, or irritation after using the spray, consult a doctor for further advice.
• Avoid using the medicine continuously for a long duration without consulting a doctor. Continuous use can sometimes cause the nose to feel even more blocked when the medicine is stopped.
• If the child experiences irritation, discomfort, or unusual symptoms after using the drops, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
