Orgonist Tablet 10

ORGONIST TABLET 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitors (e.g., erythromycin, clarithromycin, verapamil): These medicines may increase the blood levels of ORGONIST TABLET 10 and increase the risk of side effects. Avoid concurrent use where possible. If combined use is necessary, dose separation and monitoring may be required.
• Combined P-gp and strong CYP3A inducers (e.g., rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin): These medicines may reduce the effectiveness of ORGONIST TABLET 10 by lowering its blood levels. Dose adjustment may be required during combined use.
• Medicines that prolong the QT interval (e.g., amiodarone, quinidine, sotalol, moxifloxacin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythm. ECG and electrolyte monitoring may be advised during treatment.

ORGONIST TABLET 10 should be used with caution if you have:

• Heart disease or QT prolongation: This medicine may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythm in susceptible individuals. ECG and electrolyte monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Osteoporosis or low bone density: Long-term testosterone suppression may reduce bone density and increase the risk of fractures. Bone health monitoring may be advised during treatment.

The daily dose of ORGONIST TABLET 10 should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Treatment may be started with a loading dose followed by once-daily maintenance treatment. Do not change the dose without consulting your doctor.

Taking more than the prescribed amount of ORGONIST TABLET 10 may increase the risk of side effects such as diarrhoea, fatigue, dizziness, or heart rhythm-related problems. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of ORGONIST TABLET 10, take it as soon as you remember. If the dose has been missed by more than 12 hours, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses together to compensate for the missed dose.
