Nulong Trio Tablet is used in adults to treat high blood pressure that is not well controlled on two medicines, combining three medicines that lower blood pressure in different ways.

Uses of Nulong Trio Tablet are:

• High Blood Pressure (Hypertension): Gives stronger blood pressure control when two medicines are not enough.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid breaking or chewing the tablet.

Nulong Trio Tablet 10 combines three active ingredients that work together through different mechanisms to manage high blood pressure:

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg): This thiazide-like diuretic increases the excretion of sodium and water from your body, reducing total blood volume and cardiac output, which helps achieve lower blood pressure.
• Cilnidipine (10 mg): Cilnidipine is a long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, which relaxes the smooth muscles in your blood vessel walls, causing them to widen or dilate, thereby reducing the blood pressure.
• Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): This angiotensin II receptor blocker prevents the strong blood vessel constricting effects of angiotensin II by selectively blocking its binding to receptors in the vascular smooth muscle, leading to dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
