• Lidocaine (1.5%): This fast-acting local anaesthetic works by temporarily numbing nerve endings in the applied area. It achieves this by stabilising the neuronal membrane and inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for nerve impulses to start and continue.
• Imudurea (0.2%): Imudurea in Nifedip Ldc Cream 30gm acts as a preservative, to protect the product from microbial contamination.
