Nepanac Eye Drops is used to manage pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. This medicine contains nepafenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) eye preparation that helps reduce swelling and discomfort in the eye after surgery.
This medicine also helps ease redness, irritation and post-operative inflammation while supporting comfort during recovery. Use this medicine strictly according to your doctor's instructions, and continue for the full course even if your eye feels comfortable.
Avoid rubbing or touching your eyes during recovery, wear any protective eye shield advised at night, and avoid swimming or exposing the eye to dust until your doctor confirms it is safe to do so.
Inform your doctor about any pre-existing eye disorders, allergies, or other eye treatments before starting therapy. Report any worsening pain, vision changes, or unusual discharge from the eye to your doctor promptly. Use with caution if you wear contact lenses.
